Rules and Procedures for Sales
at HLUB'09 Conference

1.     All vendors must complete the Vendor's Application with the fees and the
        appropriate signatures or the applications will be rejected.
2.     All items to be sold or display must have a Christian message(s).
3.     Only the products listed on the Vendor's Application may be sold during the
        HLUB'09 conference.
4.     All vendors must submit a sample of their products such as, cassettes and CDs,
        Video, DVD, etc, to HLUB'09 Committee (at HLUB).
5.     Only two people per vendor may be permitted behind the table assigned to them to
        avoid congestion and to comply with safety regulations.
6.     To avoid noise, vendors selling audiocassettes, CDs, Video and DVD must provide
        a headset for customers to listen to their products.  We will not allow anyone to
        play his or her music out loud.
7.     All tables are assigned on a first come first served basis (when we receive the
        application) so please be respectful of other vendors.
8.     The HLUB'09 Committee and/or Hmong District does not endorse any individual            products.

Classification of Vendors

1.     Ministry Organization or Individual Vendor Non-participant.
        A.     Anyone representing a ministry organization or themselves must complete
                the Vendor's Application with the correct fees.
        B.     You are responsible for your own travel, room and/or board expenses.
                (Due to limited space for the attendees, we will not be able to house you)
        C.     If you choose the food program on campus, you can pay the fee of $141.75
                during HLUB'09 registration.
        D.     All representative will be issue a Vendor's registration name tag, pick up your
                name tag and vendor information at the registration area.

2.     HLUB'09 Attendee with Vendor.
        A.     Anyone representing their youth group or their own ministry or products must
                complete the Vendor's Application with the correct fees.
        B.     You will be issue a Vendor's registration name tag, pick up at the registration                  area.
